We currently focus on Malaysia due to its proximity to Singapore, fast lead times, and strong manufacturing network — especially for packaging, printing, and product customisation. However, as the company progresses, we’re open to sourcing from other countries based on your needs.

MOQ depends on the product and factory. We typically work with suppliers who offer reasonable MOQs for businesses starting out and we’ll always let you know upfront before you commit.

Yes. We can help coordinate product samples or mock-ups before full production begins. Depending on the supplier, sampling fees may apply but we’ll be transparent from the start!

It varies by product and complexity. For most custom packaging jobs, it can take 2–4 weeks from sourcing to delivery. We’ll always provide estimated timelines and keep you updated throughout.
